Our reusable underwear features an absorbent pad with XIBPro+ technology: a combination of 4 ultra-thin layers that block moisture, neutralize odors, and prevent leaks.
 

Choose the right absorbency level

Available in three absorbency levels: Low (up to 40 ml) for light leaks and drips, Medium (up to 60 ml) for mild incontinence, and High Absorbency (up to 100 ml) for moderate leaks and nighttime use.

We offer different models and types of briefs, thongs, swimwear, and boxer briefs adapted to different activities: from daily office wear to sports situations.
 

Answering your questions

❓ "Is it visible under tight clothing?"
→ No. The total thickness is 2.1 mm. They perfectly adapt to different activities—from daily office use to sports. Discretion is guaranteed under any type of clothing.
❓ "How do I wear it?"
→ Wear it like regular underwear (no special adjustments needed).
❓ "What happens after a leak?"
→ The liquid disappears from the surface within seconds, and you can continue with your normal activities.
❓ "Does it smell after use?"
→ No. The Odor-Stop layer traps odor molecules (it doesn’t just mask them).
❓ "How long can I wear it?"
→ It depends on the absorbency level and type of leakage. Our garments provide protection throughout the day, but we recommend changing them every 12 hours max. They’re also suitable for overnight use.
❓ "Do they swell like a diaper when absorbing urine?"
→ No. Our garments are thin, discreet, and do not increase in volume when absorbing. They feel like regular underwear.
❓ "Will I feel wet or uncomfortable while wearing it?"
→ Not at all. The Dry-Feel layer keeps the skin dry from the first contact, while Active+ moves the liquid to the lower layers, avoiding any sensation of dampness.
❓ "What does coverage level mean?"
→ Our garments are designed with different absorbent pad coverage levels to suit various needs:
  • Light coverage: the pad is centered in the intimate area, ideal for occasional drips or as reinforcement. Maximum discretion and freedom of movement.
  • Medium coverage: the absorbent area extends front and back, covering much of the garment. Perfect for mild to moderate incontinence during the day.
  • Full coverage: the pad covers nearly the entire inner surface, from front to back. Best option for heavier leaks or nighttime use, as it protects in any position.

Washing and drying your Incontinencia PLUS garments properly is essential to maintain their effectiveness, softness, and absorbent capacity for over 200 washes.

How to wash urinary incontinence briefs

Step 1 - Initial rinse

Rinse your garments under cold running water immediately after use. This step helps remove most of the retained liquid and prevents odors or permanent stains.

Step 2 - Washing

Wash them by hand or in the washing machine at less than 30ºC. Use a neutral soap without fabric softeners, as these may reduce the absorbency of XIBPro+ technology.

Step 3 - Air drying

Lay the garment out to air dry in an open or ventilated area, away from direct heat sources like radiators. Sunlight can help as a natural disinfectant, but avoid prolonged exposure.

IMPORTANT

Do not use a tumble dryer. High heat can damage the XIBPro+ absorbent membrane and shorten its lifespan. If unavoidable, choose a low temperature and gentle cycle.
