The following general purchase conditions apply to all users who make use of this website and the sales made on the website incontinenceplus.com.
By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these general purchase conditions and all their clauses. Your agreement regarding the general purchase conditions does not require any handwritten signature on your part, considering that you are placing an order online. Unless otherwise indicated, the online records on the INCONTINENCE PLUS website are evidence of your orders and payments. Your order will only be considered after payment confirmation by INCONTINENCE PLUS.
The sales contract consists of the general terms and conditions applicable during the order and purchase process. The contract is subject to Spanish law, and the language of the contract is Spanish. You can modify your data before completing your purchase. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Xibarix Trend SL.

PURCHASE PROCESS
The purchase process on our website is very simple and consists of a few steps:
FIRST: You need to register on our website to purchase products. To do so, you must fill out the account creation form with your personal data and address. Your username will be your email, and you can choose your password.
SECOND: Once you have logged in with your username and password, you can add products to your cart. Once you have all the products you wish to purchase in your cart, proceed to payment to confirm your purchase.
THIRD: INCONTINENCE PLUS will send an email to the user within a maximum of 24 hours, confirming the purchase. A reference order number will be assigned and included in the email, which will also detail the product characteristics, price, and shipping costs. Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification email.
FOURTH: The order confirmation sent via email by INCONTINENCE PLUS is not a valid invoice; it is only a proof of purchase. You will find the invoice in your profile or can request it by simply sending an email to info@incontinenceplus.com.

OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, AND GIFTS

SHIPPING
Shipping within Spain and Portugal (mainland) is free. For other areas and countries, the shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart once the shipping address details are entered.
To ensure the best service quality and delivery time, shipping is carried out in collaboration with several leading logistics operators in the market. The logistics operator will depend on the country of the delivery address.
You may modify, cancel, or refund the order as long as it has not left our warehouses and has not been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it. In that case, a return must be processed.
Products purchased through our online store will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user (either a home address or a pickup point) once payment has been verified and received. We process your order the same day or the next business day in case of holidays or weekends.
The average shipping time is between 1 and 2 business days for most destinations in Spain and 5 to 10 days for shipments to Europe. These dates are approximate, and we strive to meet them always, but exceptions may occur due to weather conditions, service interruptions, local holidays, customs delays, etc., so please consider that the date is an estimated indication and may not be met in some cases.
The maximum delivery period is 1 month.
INCONTINENCE PLUS is not responsible for customs duties and charges that may apply to the order. The total order amount does not include customs duties or charges, which vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to be informed and aware of their customs fees and charges. If the order is rejected and/or abandoned by the customer due to customs duties and charges, we will not provide a refund under any circumstances.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
If you need to return a product, you can consult the "Shipping and Returns" page, which explains in detail the steps necessary to process the return.
The period for changing or refunding the purchase is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. When the 15-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be extended until the next business day. The purchase cannot be returned or refunded after 15 days from receipt.
All customers will bear the return shipping costs, except for quality or manufacturing defects of the product or material. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, and must also have the original tags attached.
The customer is responsible for the products and items until they are returned to us and must ensure proper packaging when returning them to avoid damage.
To be eligible for a refund, the receipt of your return must be confirmed by INCONTINENCE PLUS. Once the package with your return arrives at our warehouses and our staff confirms that everything is correct, we will proceed with your refund. INCONTINENCE PLUS will review all damaged, incorrect, or defective products returned. If we do not consider the returned product to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we reserve the right to re-invoice you, as well as any associated costs.
When you wish to return your order and it is not due to an error made by INCONTINENCE PLUS, we will refund the product amount but not the associated costs of the order, such as shipping, pickup, or packaging.
Items must be new and unused, suitable for resale, without damage or traces of deodorant or makeup, with all tags and in their original packaging. If the items have been used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If a customer requests the cancellation of an order that included a gift item, the gift must be returned, or the item's value will be deducted from the total refund.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unambiguous statement via email to info@incontinenceplus.com.
You must return or send the goods directly to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period has expired. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
It is important to note that different credit card, debit card, or other issuers follow different processes and terms, operating with different timeframes. Although we will refund you immediately (provided the returned items meet the conditions), the refund will be processed on your card or deposited into your bank account within three business days to two weeks. We recommend that you track the refund process with your card issuer.
RESALE PROHIBITED
The items offered on this website are intended for personal and non-commercial use by our customers. It is strictly prohibited to resell any of the products from the INCONTINENCE PLUS website without the express written consent of INCONTINENCE PLUS. WARRANTY

You have 24 hours from receipt of your order to notify Incontinence Plus if the product is defective. After this time, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the products received.
